Core Intellectual Property & Governance Covenants
1. Intellectual Property: The founder retains sole ownership of their software code and intellectual property. Domain registration or funding by Sentur does not transfer product ownership.
2. Revenue Definitions: Revenue share applies to net collected revenue (gross payments collected minus payment processing fees and refunds). No universal fixed percentage applies; terms are documented per project.
3. Founder Downside Protection: If a launched product fails to generate revenue, the founder owes zero debt for approved expenses.
